We know you’re aware that toady will be a bit cool — actually, downright cold — and you may be wondering if there will be lessons, or even if the Club will be open. The answer to both is YES.
The snow conditions have never been better, and despite what the media may be telling you, people do play in the cold. We’ll have a bonfire behind the Guest Services building and hot chocolate breaks in the Instructors’ Room.
Instructors will be be paying extra attention to how the kids are handling the cold. You can do your part by remembering a few simple things:
1. When it comes to ski boots and socks, more usually is not better. If extra socks make the boots too tight, they cut off circulation and actually make feet colder.
2. Covering up exposed skin will be important. Neck gaiters work great, but loose clothing, like scarfs, are dangerous around the lifts.
3. Mittens are good, gloves are less so.

WE HAVE ADDED A 9th WEEK of MOUNTAIN RANGERS and ADVENTURE KIDS. Details to follow
